Harley Davidson Ties Up With Hero MotoCorp, Willl Sell, Develop & Service Bikes In India

Harley Davidson and Hero MotoCorp have announced a distribution agreement that will allow Hero MotoCorp to sell and service bikes in India Market. But that is not all that this licencing deal offers. Know how you are going to benefit with this Harley Hero pact in this Article.
Harley Hero Pact
The licencing deal is a next step to the announcement on discontinuation of sales and manufacturing operation in India. This decision of Harley Davidson had put a lot of owners questioning about the service of their existing bikes. The Harley Hero pact will solve this problem and many other issues related to the after-sales service.
Harley Hero Bike
This tie-up was under talks for many months before Harley’s decision to move out became official. This official announcement now states “This arrangement is mutually beneficial for both companies and riders in India, as it brings together the iconic Harley-Davidson brand with the strong distribution network and customer service of Hero MotoCorp.”The biggest benefit that we are expecting is the new bike that might emerge out of this tie-up. Hero has not placed its foot in the 350cc classic bike segment and neither Harley has made an adventure bike.
Hero has really adept research when it comes to rallying bikes and adventure. Similarly, Hero could use Harley to bring in a bike in the 350 classic segments. The bikes that will be co-developed will come under the name of Harley Davidson.
Harley Davidson also had the plan to bring a naked streetfighter along with Qianjiang Motors. This might not make it to India now. We would like to conclude it by saying that this tie-up with hero might put Harley back on the map of the Indian bike market
